Contact Assetz Nari & Nami — Enquiries on the Whitefield-Hoskote Road

Use the enquiry form on this page for anything to do with Assetz Nari and Nami on the Whitefield-Hoskote Road (SH-35): the indicative price working, floor plates, the master plan, upcoming projects on this corridor, or a corridor site visit. The form is the only contact route published here. This site does not print a call-centre number or a sales email address anywhere in its copy, deliberately — an enquiry that arrives through the form is logged with what you actually asked for, which produces a better answer than a cold call does.

Register your interest in Assetz Nari & Nami

Four fields, no obligation. We will come back to you with whatever is documented at the time you ask – and tell you plainly where nothing is documented yet.

Before any money moves

This project is not registered with Karnataka RERA. Under Section 3 of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act 2016 it may not lawfully be advertised, booked or sold until it is, so no booking form and no agreement to sell can be executed today.

An expression of interest is a reasonable thing to register at this stage. Transferring a booking amount is not. If you do pay anything, get a written, dated undertaking that names the receiving entity, states the refund trigger and states the refund period, and pay only by traceable bank transfer.

What the enquiry form asks for

Four fields. Name and phone are required; email and message are optional. The message field is the one worth using: tell us the configuration you are considering, your budget band, and whether you are buying for end use or as an investment, and the response can be specific instead of generic.

What to expect after you write in

  1. Acknowledgement and a first conversation — your questions on configurations, the indicative price band and the current registration position, answered against what is actually established rather than against a brochure.
  2. Information pack — the material that exists today for your preferred configuration, with each figure marked as circulating, derived or verified, so you can see which is which.
  3. Corridor visit — a walk along the Seegehalli-Kannamangala stretch of SH-35 rather than a site tour, because no parcel has been disclosed for this project. There is value in that visit anyway: the developer's own completed community stands on this same road, and it is the best available evidence of construction quality, landscape maturity and facilities management after handover.
  4. Registration update — you are told the moment a Karnataka RERA number issues, and told plainly if it has not.

What to have ready

  • Configuration — 2, 3 or 4 BHK. Indicative super built-up areas are 1,200, 1,650 and 2,300 sqft, with about 68% of that as carpet area.
  • Budget — the derived indicative estimates are about Rs 1.38 Cr, Rs 1.90 Cr and Rs 2.65 Cr respectively, and statutory charges plus GST add roughly 11-12% on top before any developer charge.
  • Timeline — when you intend to commit. This project is not registered, so nothing can be booked today.
  • Financing — whether you will need a home loan, and which lender. No lender can extend project-linked finance before registration.

What you can ask for

  • The sanctioned plan and commencement certificate, by number
  • The Karnataka RERA registration certificate the moment it issues
  • The developer's own cost sheet and payment schedule, when one exists
  • The floor-plan set with carpet and super built-up areas stated separately
  • The master plan, tower siting and phase release sequence
  • Water source, sewage treatment capacity and treated-water reuse figures
  • The maintenance charge at full occupancy and the corpus deposit terms

Before any money moves

Assetz Nari and Nami is not registered with Karnataka RERA. Under Section 3 of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act 2016, a project in this class may not be advertised, booked or sold until it is registered, so no booking form and no agreement to sell can be executed at this stage. Registering an expression of interest is reasonable; transferring a booking amount is not. If any amount is requested, insist on a written, dated undertaking naming the receiving entity, the refund trigger and the refund period, pay only by traceable bank transfer, and refuse any receipt describing the amount as a booking or as advance sale consideration. Verify the registration independently at rera.karnataka.gov.in when it appears, and read the declared completion date rather than the marketed one.

Where the project sits

Off the Whitefield-Hoskote Road (SH-35), in the Seegehalli-Kannamangala-Doddabanahalli belt, Bidarahalli Hobli, Bengaluru East Taluk, Bengaluru Urban district, PIN 560115 — outside any city corporation. The map position shown on this site, 13.0265 N / 77.7655 E, is representative of that stretch of the corridor and not the project's parcel: no survey number, plot boundary or street address has been disclosed by anyone. Treat any distance quoted from that pin as a distance to the corridor.

Assetz Nari & Nami Contact – Frequently Asked Questions

What configurations and unit sizes are planned?

Two, three and four bedroom apartments, led by the three-bedroom home, which is the configuration Assetz actually builds on this corridor. No sizes have been published, so this site derives them from verified corridor plates: an indicative 1,200 sqft super built-up for the 2 BHK, 1,650 sqft for the 3 BHK and 2,300 sqft for the 4 BHK, with honest bands of 1,150-1,250, 1,500-1,850 and 2,150-2,500. The three-bedroom figure is deliberately set below the developer's own two nearest three-bedroom products, both of which lead with a larger plate. We stop short of calling either a three-bedroom-only scheme, because our sources disagree on their configuration mixes — the developer's own catalogue, the Karnataka RERA record and a listing portal each describe the nearer of the two differently. What holds regardless is the plate size, and the product logic that follows from it: a project carrying a two-bedroom entry rung sells a broader mix, and 1,650 sqft is the size at which such a mix hangs together. A half-bedroom variant appears in some pre-launch material; it does not exist in any of the developer's 32 catalogued projects or across a 48-project channel-partner list, and this site has not carried it.

Which PIN code covers Seegehalli (Bangalore East), Khajisonnenahalli and Doddabanahalli?

Khajisonnenahalli, Kannamangala and Seegehalli (Bangalore East) carry 560115. Two neighbouring codes on the same road cause most of the confusion: 562114 covers the Hoskote end and 560067 covers Belathur and Kadugodi at the southern end.

Doddabanahalli is the exception, and this site does not assert a code for it. It sits on the seam between the 560115 and 560067 belts and our sources disagree. The stronger of the two is primary: the Karnataka RERA record for the developer's own completed community in that village carries a survey-numbered address — Sy. No. 109/1, 109/2, 109/10 and 110, Doddabanahalli Village, Bidarahalli Hobli, Bengaluru East Taluk — with PIN 560067. A portal address for the same village, carrying no survey numbers, gives 560115. A school publishing a Kannamangala Village campus address also gives 560067, on land other records place in the 560115 belt.

Both readings can coexist because a PIN code is a postal delivery unit. It is not a revenue boundary, not a hobli boundary and not a municipal boundary, and nothing obliges it to follow any of them — the 560067 code covers land both inside and outside Bengaluru East City Corporation. So the operative answer is: the PIN that governs a specific parcel is the one carried on its khata and its postal record for those survey numbers, and it should be confirmed there. This matters more than it looks, because a PIN code on a marketing brochure is often the fastest way to catch a project being described as being in a locality it is not in — and on this corridor at least one widely-cited reference for Kannamangala carries a PIN of 560115 alongside coordinates that sit near Devanahalli, roughly 15 km away, and contradicts itself on district. Read the PIN, then read the revenue village name, then read the taluk. If those three do not agree, ask why.

Which is the nearest metro station?

Whitefield (Kadugodi), the eastern terminus of the Namma Metro Purple Line, operational since 26 March 2023 on a 43.49 km line with 37 stations. It is reached down SH-35 itself, and from the Seegehalli-Kannamangala belt that is roughly 4 to 6 km by road depending where on the belt you start — the named SH-35 mainline runs about 5.2 km from its NH-75 junction to Kadugodi, so this stretch sits inside that span plus its access road. An eastward extension toward Hoskote has been announced by the state government but has no defined timeline, no construction start and no completion estimate; as of February 2026 it was only among the corridors prioritised for feasibility study. It should not be treated as a delivered amenity or as a reason to pay a premium today.

What are current property rates on the Whitefield-Hoskote Road corridor?

Locality asking rates for the June 2026 quarter run Kannamangala Rs 10,450, Kadugodi Rs 9,600, Belathur Rs 8,850 and Whitefield Rs 14,450, with the belt around Seegehalli, Whitefield at Rs 7,850 on a fourteen-project ready-to-move base. Two warnings belong with those numbers. First, every one of them comes from a single portal — 99acres, Housing, MagicBricks, CommonFloor and NoBroker all refuse automated retrieval — and that portal serves a demonstrably noisy series on this corridor, including a Hoskote quarterly sequence in which a single-quarter jump is widely repeated as a year-on-year figure. Second, registered transaction rates across this corridor run 27-45% below asking rates, but Indian registered consideration commonly tracks the state guidance value rather than true market consideration, so those are a floor, not an independent market price.

Which taluk, hobli and district does this stretch fall under?

Bidarahalli Hobli, Bengaluru East Taluk, Bengaluru Urban district. That answers the two questions buyers most often ask about this belt at once: Kannamangala and the surrounding revenue villages on this stretch fall in Bengaluru East Taluk, and this is Bengaluru Urban rather than Bengaluru Rural. The corridor is worth reading as three jurisdictions over about 15 km rather than one, because the paperwork changes as you move along it. The Hoskote end sits in Hoskote taluk, Bengaluru North district, PIN 562114. The middle belt — Khajisonnenahalli, spelled Khajisonnanahalli in most search results, along with Kannamangala and Seegehalli (Bangalore East) — is Bidarahalli Hobli, Bengaluru East Taluk, Bengaluru Urban, PIN 560115. The southern end at Belathur and Kadugodi carries PIN 560067. Doddabanahalli, the village between the two, sits on the seam and is dealt with separately below.
